My passion is to empower parents and children by helping them connect to their inner wisdom and purpose. As a Holistic Wellness Educator, Yoga + Meditation Teacher, and Reiki Master, we’ll look at all aspects of life from work to relationships to spirituality, health & wellness to ensure you get out of overwhelm and strike the perfect balance in life.
