This slower class is well-rounded and focuses on basic alignment and the mind-body connection. This class will start with building some heat in the body, warming up our muscles, then will transition into a slow, gentle pace that will offer a deep opening for the muscles around the hips, lower back and legs. Its pace alone allows you to sink into a beautiful state of calm and allow you to release those tight muscles.
